In progress
Dear partners,

We are reaching out to inform you of a planned WAF (Web Application firewall) enablement on the OneSearh Pre-Production servers, currently scheduled for the 1st of December at 09:00 AM GMT.

Shifting the traffic behind the WAF will require a change of the IP address of the Pre-production endpoint, through which customers are accessing the OneSearch Application.

Current IP address: 169.46.113.202 (accessible until 08:59 AM GMT on 1st of December 2020)
New IP address: 169.46.113.206 (becoming active on 09:00 AM GMT on 1st of December 2020)

This change will affect customers who are accessing the application in the following ways:
• If you are using a firewall to access OneSeach Application
• If you are using a DNS cache or have hardcoded the IP address

To assure access to the service is not going to be disrupted, please:
• Whitelist the new IP address on your firewall configuration if IP restrictions are in place - 169.46.113.206
• The Service FQDN will not change. Please assure you update the IP address in your records and/or flush your DNS cache, so traffic can be routed appropriately

We will confirm as soon as the change is live in Pre-production.

In the meantime, should you have any questions or require further clarification regarding this change, do not hesitate to contact us through PROS Connect.

Sincerely,
PROS Support Team
